Distance Education Clearinghouse - This comprehensive and widely recognized web site brings together distance education information and resources from Wisconsin, national and international sources. New information and resources are continually being added to the Distance Education Clearinghouse, which is maintained by the University of Wisconsin-Extension.

The National Teaching & Learning Forum - This is a newsletter that focuses on teaching and learning, both from a practical/praxis perspective and from a more theoretical vantage point. NTLF and it's publisher, James Rhem, are highly active and visible in teaching improvement circles.

Magna Publications, Inc. - is a well-known communications company that publishes higher education newsletters and manages on-site, audio and Web conferences. Since William Haight founded the company in 1972, it has grown to produce 13 newsletters. Popular titles include The Teaching Professor, National On-Campus Report, Online Classroom, EduExec, International Education Report, and Academic Leader. Magna also manages the National Conference on Student Leadership and The Teaching Professor Conference, as well as produces various Web and audio seminars presented on hot topics.

Café Pédagogique - This web site is written in French.
Browsing this site, you will find many pages where teachers can post good ideas that they put in practice in their classrooms. Some are short productions such as tips or anecdotes or citations. These are helpful in various ways for teachers at the college level. You will notice that some are extracted from edited (with permission) books or magazines.
